Join the fight to end Parkinson's this Saturday at LCS! Registration begins at 9:00 am, and the walk/run starts at 10:00 am. Wear a white shirt if you want to participate in the color fun! Our summer program is off to a great start! Last week, a group of students visited Clarkson
University, where they competed in drone challenges. They also spent a day at SUNY Potsdam, where they experienced a planetarium show.
Congratulations Seniors! Starting Graduation Day with a great breakfast by the Cafeteria Staff before graduation rehearsal. We also got to recognize our Senior Athletes who are moving on to play and participate at the collegiate level. LCS is proud of all the Seniors and their accomplishments! This is a friendly reminder that students in Grades UPK-6 will observe half days on June 24 and June 25. Dismissal will be at 12:00 pm. Tuesday, June 25, is the last day of school. If you have any questions, please contact the main office.

Reminder! We will have a fire drill at the end of the day today. There is no change in dismissal procedures, other than we ask parents who are picking up their student to wait in their car until the drill is over. Bus students will ride the bus and be home per usual.

Our 4th-grade students made poppies in recognition of Memorial Day.



Our LCS Art Department is happy to share that we have 6 students featured in the annual St. Lawrence County Juried High School Student Art Show in the Gibson Gallery at SUNY Potsdam. An opening reception will be on Friday, May 31st, from 5-6 PM. The exhibit will be up until June 14th. Congratulations to our artists!

Future Lady Knights Soccer Camp June 10th - 13th! Students can see Miss LaBeau for registration forms.
Students in the After School Program went to Cornell Cooperative Extension farm this week for "goat yoga." They enjoyed learning basic yoga poses while interacting with the goats. It was a very unique and fun experience!

The After School Program will be hosting a summer program again this year for students in grades UPK-8. Applications were sent home with students this week and are due back by Monday, June 3rd.
