We are falling right into the new school year! Faculty and Staff are enjoying the time spent working together with our students and families both in and out of the classrooms. September and October are the months where students are finding their way and settling in for the year. Reconnecting with friends and our LCS employees is rejuvenating and provides care for our students to continue to share and learn. There is so much to look forward to in the new school year. Focusing on best practices for literacy instruction and beginning to implement the new Portrait of a Graduate tenets set forth by New York State provides a strong foundation for continued learning for all. As the days get shorter as winter heads in our direction I am excited to reflect that students at LCS continue to get brighter and their smiles remain warm and Welcoming!
