Dear Lisbon Families and Community,

I am thankful to be a part of the Golden Knight family as the 7-12 principal. I am enjoying listening, learning, and immersing myself in the remarkable spirit of this school community. My vision is to foster an inclusive, reflective, and compassionate educational community where every voice is valued, diversity is embraced, and leadership is grounded in justice, empathy, and ethical decision-making. I view collaboration with staff, families, and the community as the key component to meaningful and lasting change for all students, staff, and families.

As a leader, I am committed to guiding others with humility, courage, and reflection. I will lead by listening first, honoring diverse perspectives, and encouraging thoughtful dialogue that empowers individuals and promotes equity. My daily work will center on ethical leadership with the purpose of meeting the needs of the whole child. I will work to create educational spaces where all learners feel seen, heard, and challenged to think critically, knowing that the path to a better future often lies in perspectives and possibilities we have yet to imagine. My leadership will be rooted in collaboration, focused on celebrating our successes and tackling challenges together.
