Congratulations to our very own Tucker Backus, who has advanced to the Knights of Columbus State Championship Free Throw Shooting Contest! After securing victories in Canton, Plattsburgh, and Syracuse, Tucker will showcase his skills this Sunday at the prestigious West Point Academy. He’ll be competing against top shooters from Western New York and the New York City area. Let’s all cheer him on as he aims for the title! Go Tucker!


The Lisbon Central School District will hold a Special Board of Education meeting on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. at the Lisbon Central School Cafeteria for the purpose of reviewing and approving the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) determination for the Capital Outlay Project. This is the only agenda item and no other business will take place. Thank you!

Lisbon Boys Basketball Awards Night. Thank you to all the players for their contributions to their teams this season! We recognized all levels of the program and thank our Coaches for all their time and dedication to our athletes! Over 50 of our amazing students have been hard at work preparing for the Drama Club’s upcoming production of Willy Wonka! To celebrate and spread the word, we’re launching fun theme days next week to build excitement and encourage everyone to come support the show on April 4th and 5th.

Proud of our merger hockey players who competed in the NYSPHSAA Boys Hockey Division 2 Championship Game today. It was a tough battle and ended in a 3-0 loss.
Lisbon's Senior Ty Jacobs was selected to the All-Tournament team. Thank you OFA, Coach Fredericks, and the rest of the OFA Coaches for a great season!




Championship Sunday! Good luck OFA Blue Devils who will compete in the Division 2 NYSPHSAA Boys Hockey Championship Game today at 11am. They take on Skaneateles from Section 3. It will be broadcast on the NFHS Network. For our merger players, we wish you all the very best!! Time to make Section X proud!

NYSPHSAA Class C Girls Regionals!! Top 8 teams in the State will compete for a chance to head to the Final Four!
The girls will play on Saturday, March 15th vs Stillwater at Maxcy Hall at 1pm. The team will leave school at 11am. They will head from school, through town and continue on to Maxcy. Let's line the town and show them our LCS Spirit! Come out and cheer on the team!
Tickets for the game are cashless and can be purchased through GoFan. There will be an option to purchase via credit or debit card only at the door. Children 12 & under are free. The game will be covered on the NFHS Network if you can't make it.
Let's pack the stands, wear your Blue & Gold, and Cheer on this great group!
