Lisbon Community Members,
It is with much enthusiasm that we share with all of you the reopening of our Fitness Center. We are ready and looking forward to having the community utilize our facilities and space to help meet your fitness needs.
Community Hours will be as follows: Monday - Friday 5pm to 8pm & Saturday mornings 8am - 11am. Physical Education Classes and Conditioning Classes will be using the room throughout the school day, and our team time will be after school from 3pm-5pm.
Community Members wishing to use the facilities will need to purchase a Membership and a Lisbon Swipe Card Badge ($10 processing fee) which will allow them to access the facility which is located on the bottom floor of the building across from the Technology Room. Outside entrance will be at the door located at the bottom of the hill. Parking for the Fitness Center will be in the back of the school at the bottom of the hill.
The Swipe Card Badge will be needed to enter the building through the outside doors at the bottom of the hill and will also be used to enter the door to the Fitness Center (located just inside the outside doors). Swipe Card Badges will be available in the District Office. Krista Woods (Superintendent Secretary) will be responsible for setting up community badges. Those wishing to use the facility will also need to fill out a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and the Lisbon Fitness Center Liability Form. The forms are also found below. Forms must be completed prior to using the Fitness Center.
