Lisbon Central School has partnered with the St. Lawrence-County Public Health Department to offer a free COVID vaccine clinic at our Back-to-School event on August 18th!

  • Adolescents (12-17 years old) who plan to be vaccinated must be accompanied through this clinic with a parent or legal guardian. If a parent or guardian is not able to come, written consent must be provided. You may access the consent form below.
