The Capital Project will include:

MAIN SCHOOL BUILDING WORK

• Masonry restoration and removal at loading dock walls

• Roof restoration

• Exterior soffit and fascia replacement

• Interior finishes upgrades at stairs and corridors

• HVAC improvements/replacement

• Replace elevator

TRANSPORTATION MAINTENANCE FACILITY WORK

• Service for internal combustible engines only

• Includes service bays, bus wash, lifts, office spaces, and storage for fluids and parts

• Site work associated with transportation facility including paving and utilities
