  • Per Education Law § 3038, the Superintendent is required to designate an employee who is a member of the school district staff to provide information to any student, parent, or staff regarding where and how to find available substance use related services.  The designee for the Lisbon Centrals School District is Mrs. Julia Morse,  5-12 Guidance Counselor.  Mrs. Morse can be contacted via email at morsej@lisbon.k12.ny.us
