Dear Students and Parents/Guardians:
Picking Up Materials
On Friday, March 20th we plan to have curbside pick up, in the front circle, to provide students with materials their teachers have generated and/or supplies they will need to complete their work (i.e packets, textbooks, Chromebooks) on Friday from Noon-6pm. If a student needs materials or an instrument from their locker they will be escorted by a staff member. In the event that a student does not pick up prepared materials we will deliver learning supplies to their home on a case by case basis. You will need to contact the district to arrange for this delivery.
Supplemental Learning Guidance
To assist families during this time away from school we are continuing to use the UPK-12 Subject Area Collaboration Sheet which provides a universal location for student assignments and is already posted to our district website, to access this document please click on the Homework icon located on our district webpage . The work that has been prepared focuses primarily on the retention of existing skills and opportunities for at-home enrichment of our students. Our faculty and staff will be available via email to respond to questions you have during this time. Here is a link to our staff directory .
Mental Health and Wellness is a priority for our faculty and staff. We want to support students at this time. Below is a list of faculty and their contact information if you are in need of assistance with coping strategies or with making a connection to a proper outside supporting agency for your child.
