Townhall Meetings, Statement on submission, Commitment Form, Reopening Plans, and FAQ

We know that there may be questions about the 2020-2021 school year that may not be addressed in our previous updates. With this in mind, we will be holding a series of virtual and in-person town hall meetings to address questions and concerns. An informational session was held with all District staff via ZOOM on August 12th. Informational virtual town hall meetings will be held via Zoom and on our Facebook page with the community to share the reopening plan and answer questions about the plan. Community members are welcome to submit questions about the plan through this form: https://forms.gle/RFVn8Q2sPJ6kUNXh9.

Questions can also be submitted in writing to the District Office or by calling (315) 393-4951. The meetings will be held on:

Tuesday, 8/18 at 6:00 pm (zoom)

Tuesday, 8/25 at 3:30 pm (zoom)
8/25 at 6:00 pm (in person-Auditorium & zoom)

-----
Note to LCS community: Our district was identified on a list released by the Governor's Office of those who had failed to submit reopening plans by the deadline; HOWEVER, we did in fact submit our plan by that deadline to both the DOH and SED. We have since re-submitted to clear up the error.
-----
PARENTS: Please complete the commitment form linked below to designate your preference for the 2020-21 school year.
----
Also, view the tentative plan that was submitted to NYSED and NYDOH. Please note, this is a "living document" and subject to change as the situation evolves.

Senior Recognition

Thank you to all of the seniors and their families who have been patient, understanding, and cooperative during this difficult time. Mrs. Morley did a super job of working with our senior parents to pull off such a fine event to recognize the fruits of our labor here at Lisbon Central! Thank you to all of the faculty, staff, administration, and Board of Education Members who took time out of their weekend to travel to school to support and congratulate our students. The maintenance crew did a great job building our KNIGHTS sign as well and it was an backdrop for some outstanding photos. Memories for a lifetime.
